Col. Raymond Briggs assumes command of the 86th Maintenance Group during the 86th MXG change of command ceremony June 21 on Ramstein. The 86th MXG provides 24/7/365 on- and off-aircraft maintenance launch and recovery, scheduling, training and back shop repair actions, superbly maintaining U.S. Air Forces in Europe and Air Forces Africa’s only C-130J Super Hercules and operational support airlift fleet.
