Christmas market run in Landstuhl

***image1***The running association LLG Sickingenstadt Landstuhl sponsors its 18th Christmas market run starting at Sickingsporthalle (gym) next to the public swimming pool (Allwetterbad) in Landstuhl Sunday. The run is divided into a main run of 7,600 meters and a students’ run of 1,300 meters. The main run starts at 1 p.m. with a gun salute from Nanstein Castle. Students start running at 12:30 p.m. and get awarded at 2:30 p.m. in the gym. The first three of each age group receive trophies and all children get a certificate and little prizes. Main run winners get awarded at 4:30 p.m. at the local Christmas market, St. Andreasmarkt, in front of the VR bank. There will be monetary and other prizes.
