Clean hands for good health

With the influenza and cold season quickly approaching, proper hand washing plays a major factor in reducing the chances of catching and spreading the flu and common cold.
Since National Clean Hands week is Sept. 19 to 26, the public health flight would like to reiterate proper hand washing techniques:

-Wash your hands with soap under warm running water for 20 seconds.
IWash hands thoroughly paying close attention to the germs that may lay under nails and in cervices.
-Rinse well to remove all traces of soap.
-Dry hands with paper towels
-Use paper towel to turn off faucet after washing hands.
-Allow hands to dry thoroughly after cleansing (before contact with anything else).
