Commander’s Call at KHS

The GR-081st Cadet Corps of Kaiserslautern High School held their second Commander’s Call of the school year.

The purpose for holding a quarterly Commander’s Call is to recognize the cadets who have received promotions and awards for their accomplishments. Dr. Jennifer Beckwith, KHS principal, presented several cadets with awards.

***image1***The awards included Good Conduct; Dress and Appearance; Attendance; Cadet of the Quarter; and Top Flight. Cadet Tech. Sgt. John McCrea was given First Year Cadet of the Quarter award; Second Year Cadet of the Quarter award was Cadet Master Sgt. Ty Trojanowski; and Third Year Cadet of the Quarter award was Cadet Capt. Christopher Wells. The honor of Top Flight was given to the Alpha Flight. After the award portion of the ceremony, the cadets participated in an open ranks inspection.

 Throughout the event, cadets maintained professional, military bearing and presented strong corps spirit. All cadets involved were motivated and worked together to make the Commander’s Call a success.
