Martin Luther King JR Basketball Tournament

The Hall of Champions Physical Fitness Center is hosting the Martin Luther King JR Basketball Tournament Jan. 12 to 15 at Bldg. 8105 on Smith Barracks in Baumholder. Registration is now until Dec. 29. Cost is $400 per team. This tournament is open to varsity level teams. The mandatory coaches meeting is Jan. 12 at 10 a.m. at the Hall of Champions. 2024 New Year-New You Fitness Challenge

The USAG Rheinland-Pfalz Fitness, Athletics and Aquatics Team is hosting the 2024 New Year-New You Fitness Challenge from Jan. 12 to Jan. 25 at the Hall of Champions Fitness Center, Bldg. 8105 on Smith Barracks in Baumholder. Cost is $10. Registration is Jan. 12 from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Hall of Champions. Dungeons & Dragons at Baumholder Library

Go on adventures with an intrepid crew of heroes with Baumholder Library’s Dungeons & Dragons offered every third Tuesday of the month from 4 to 5 p.m., starting Jan. 16. This is for ages 9 to 14.  Players can use their imagination and creativity to build the story and move the game forward. Seats are limited and registration is required. CYS Swimming Clinic

The Baumholder Youth Sports Program are hosting a Swimming Clinic starting Feb. 6 at the Aquatics Center, Bldg. 8897 on Wetzel Kaserne. Registration opens Jan. 8. Programs are Preschool Swin for ages 3 to 5 and Learn to Swim for ages 6 to 15. All sessions are in groups. Each program will have a total of eight sessions. The swim clinic will be offered during the noon hours for homeschool youth and afternoon hours for all other youth. Youth Wall Climbing Clinic

The Baumholder Youth Sports Program are hosting a Youth Wall Climbing Clinic every Friday during the month of February from 5 to 6 p.m. at Ramstein Outdoor Recreation, inside the KMCC Mall on Ramstein Air Base. Cost is $50. Registration is from Jan. 8 to 28. By popular demand, the Armstrong’s Club has now extended the free dance lessons to Wednesday, Dec. 20. The classes are on Wednesday at 7 to 8 p.m. Focus is on Swing and Line Dancing. 2023/2024 Baumholder Late Night Basketball

The 2023/2024 Late Night Basketball season is from December to March at the Halll of Champions Physical Fitness Center, Bldg. 8105 on Smith Barracks in Baumholder. Dates are Dec. 28, Jan. 26, Feb. 23 and March 29. This is a free event for ID card holders, ages 18 and older. New Year’s Eve Cabaret, Featuring the Winter Wonderettes

The Award-Winning KMC Onstage is ringing in 2024 with their first-ever New Year’s Eve Cabaret Dec. 31 from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. at the KMC Onstage Studio, Bldg. 3109 on Daenner Kaserne. This event will feature the Winter Wonderettes and is for ages 18 and older. Cost is $50 per ticket, which includes live entertainment, dancing, finger foods and a champagne toast at midnight! She Kills Monsters Auditions

Red Pin Bowling

Starting Jan. 12, Red Pin Bowling happens every Friday from 4 to 10 p.m. at the Strikers Bowling Center, Bldg. 8105 on Smith Barracks in Baumholder. German Hunting Course in Kaiserslautern

The Baumholder Outdoor Recreation is hosting the German Hunting Course from Feb. 7 to April 20 at Kaiserslautern Outdoor Recreation, Bldg. 2905 on Pulaski Barracks. Reserve by the first day of class, Feb. 7. Cost is $250 and the Hunting, Fishing, Sport Shooting fees. Open to hunters ages 18 and older, who are U.S. citizens/I.D. cardholders. New Dates for Big Stage Karaoke at Kazabra Club

Perform Karaoke on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th Friday from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. at the Kazabra Club, Bldg. 2057 on Vogelweh. Full Nerd Friday

The time has come for “Revenge of the Nerds” every Friday from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Baumholder Warrior Zone, Bldg. 8218 on Smith Barracks. This is a free event for 18 and older, and registration is not required. There will be a full assortment of table-top, role-playing games, board games, video games. Come one, come all in Cosplay! Bring Your Own Board Game at Strikers Bowling Center
