Spring Bazaar

Join Family & MWR for the Spring Bazaar from Friday, March 8 to Sunday, March 10 at the Special Events Center, Bldg. 237 on Rhine Ordnance Barracks. Hours of shopping are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday and Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday. There will be a multitude of vendors offering everything from pottery, antiques, wine, cheese, jewelry, and so much more. All prices in U.S. dollars, only debit and credit cards accepted. International Women’s Day Comedy Show

The International Women’s Comedy Show is March 8 at the Kazabra Club Bldg. 2057 on Vogelweh. The show will be featuring Elena Gabrielle, Sadra Sumner and Alex Miccio to share some stories and laughs. Easter Brunch

The Armstrong’s Club is hosting an Easter Brunch March 31 with 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., and 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. seating times at the Armstrong’s Ballroom, Bldg. 1036 on Vogelweh Housing. Month of the Military Child Party Super Mario Edition

Ready! Set! Go! Celebrate our military children with a party to remember April 11 from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at the Baumholder Library, Bldg. 8332 on Smith Barracks. Become part of Mario’s and Luigi’s crew as library patrons set out to save Princess Peach from Bowser’s Castle. Throw Fireballs at piranha plant emerging from a pipe! Stomp “Goombas” on an obstacle course to get to the lava pit. Will patrons be able to cross it to save the day and save Princess Peach? Rolling Hills Golf Course’s 18-Hole Golf Tournament

Get ready for another season of breathtaking views and golfing fun at the Rolling Hills Golf Course, Bldg. 8888 on Wetzel Kaserne, with an 18-Hole Golf Tournament Saturday, April 20 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Make your own team for this 18-hole, four-person, Scramble-format event. Shotgun start is at 10 a.m. Ties for the low score will be decided by a sudden-death playoff starting on Hole 1 and continuing to Hole 2 until a winner is determined. Baumholder Warrior Call/Right Arm Night

2024 Baumholder BOSS Meeting Schedule

The Baumholder Better Opportunities for Single Soldiers program has published their meeting schedule for 2024. The BOSS Community meeting, which is open to all BOSS eligible Soldiers, is the first Wednesday of the month. The meeting for BOSS Unit Representatives is the second Wednesday of the month. The BOSS Executive Council will meet the third Wednesday of the month, and the BOSS Subcommittees will meet the fourth Wednesday of the month. Baseball & Soccer Start Smart Registration

Start Smart Baseball and Soccer registration for Kaiserslautern is now until March 29 or when slots are full. Cost is $30. Start Smart is a parent/ child interactive program for 3- to 4-year-olds, led by a Sports/ Fitness Specialist. Sessions offered on Landstuhl Post. Baseball will be held in March, and Soccer will be in April. Free Dance Lessons at Armstrong’s Club

The Armstrong’s Club has free dance lessons in six-week sessions now to March 20, and April 3 to May 8. The classes are on Wednesday at 7 p.m. Focus is on Two Step, Swing and Line Dancing. Thirteen other styles of dance are available on request. Wear smooth bottomed shoes. Rubber souled athletic shoes are not ideal for dancing. Baumholder Late Night Basketball

The Late-Night Basketball season is until March at the Halll of Champions Physical Fitness Center, Bldg. 8105 on Smith Barracks in Baumholder. Dates are Feb. 23 and March 29. This is a free event for ID card holders, ages 18 and older. Registration is required, and players must signup individually at the Hall of Champions on game dates. Cornhole Tournament

The Baumholder Warrior Zone is hosting a Cornhole Tournament Feb. 24 from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Warrior Zone, Bldg. 8218 on Smith Barracks. Registration is open from Feb. 1 to 24. Players must register in person at the Warrior Zone between Feb. 1 to 21. Cost is $10, and payment will only be accepted with credit or debit cards. SKIES & KMC Onstage 2024 Winter/Spring Youth Theater Classes

The SKIES Unlimited Program and the Award-Winning KMC Onstage announces the 2024 Winter/Spring Youth Theater Classes for youth ages 5 to 18 at the Kaiserslautern Community Activity Center, Bldg. 3109 on Daenner Kaserne. Registration has started, and classes are from Feb. 26 to March 19. All participants must be registered with Army MWR Child and Youth Services. Rolling Hills Golf Simulator

Golfers can keep their swing all winter long using the Golf Simulator now until Feb. 28 at the Rolling Hills Golf Course, Bldg. 8888 on Wetzel Kaserne. This is a technical system used by golfers to continue their sport regardless of weather and time of the day in an indoor setting. For more information, visit baumholder.armymwr.com.

Bookmark Decorating Contest at the Baumholder Library

The Baumholder library is hosting a Bookmark Decorating Contest for the entire month of March. From March 1 to 16, patrons can submit bookmark designs by age categories: 0-5, 6-9, 10-12, 13-17, and 18 and older. From March 17-31, bookmark designs will be put on display at the CMR, where the community can cast their votes for their favorite bookmark design. Red Pin Bowling

Red Pin Bowling happens every Friday from 4 to 10 p.m. at the Strikers Bowling Center, Bldg. 8105 on Smith Barracks in Baumholder. Bowlers who make a strike while the head pin is red, will receive a free game coupon. The red pin will be randomly placed as the head pin. For more information, visit baumholder.armymwr.com.

Chuck’s Pub Trivia at Armstrong’s Club

Armstrong’s Club announces Chuck’s Pub Trivia every Friday from 7 to 10 p.m., Bldg. 1036 on Vogelweh Housing. This trivia is a professional, multi-media competition with different formats and puzzles for teams to solve. Bring a team or join one. Grand prize is $50. Full Nerd Friday

The time has come for “Revenge of the Nerds” every Friday from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Baumholder Warrior Zone, Bldg. 8218 on Smith Barracks. This is a free event for 18 and older, and registration is not required. There will be a full assortment of table-top, role-playing games, board games, video games. Come one, come all in Cosplay! Bring Your Own Board Game at Strikers Bowling Center

The Pinsetters’ Pub has Bring Your Own Board Game every Friday at 5 p.m. until closing. This is a free event and preregistration is not required. All gamers, 18 and older, are welcome.
