Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream Performances

KMC Onstage Studio Shows presents Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream Friday, March 4 at 7 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, March 5 and 6 at 2 p.m. in the Kaiserslautern Community Activity Center, Bldg. 3109 on Daenner Kaserne. Spring Bazaar

The Spring Bazaar is a shopper’s paradise for all your shopping needs. Join Family & MWR for the Spring Bazaar from Friday, March 11 to Sunday, March 13 at the Kleber Kaserne Fitness Center. Hours of shopping are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday and Saturday, March 11 and 12; and, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday, March 13. There will be a multitude of vendors offering everything from pottery, antiques, wine, cheese, jewelry, and so much more. All prices in U.S. dollars, with Euros, debit and credit cards accepted. Kazabra Club Bar Now Open

Kaiserslautern Military Community’s local Country Western Bar at the Kazabra Club has reopened and offers members a laid-back atmosphere to socialize and make new friends. Dog Obedience Training

Kaiserslautern Outdoor Recreation has dog obedience training starting at eight-weeks of age held Saturdays at the Kaiserslautern Outdoor Recreation Motor Pool, Bldg. 2902 on Pulaski Barracks. Classes are one hour, with time slots between 9 a.m. to noon depending on the size of the dog. Cost is $15 per dog. This fee must be paid in advance by close of business Friday either in person at Kaiserslautern Outdoor Recreation or by calling 493-4117 or 0631-3406-4117. 1000 Books Before Kindergarten

The Baumholder “Iron Works” Library, Bldg. 8332 on Smith Barracks, is encouraging families to register for the “1000 Books before Kindergarten Challenge.”  This challenge is a Library Program that encourages all families and caregivers to read at least 1000 books with their young children before they enter Kindergarten. Friday Night Pool Tournament

Starting today, the Landstuhl Community Club and the Halftime Sports Bar are hosting a free pool tournament the first and third Friday of the month at the club, Bldg. 3780 on Landstuhl Post. Sign-up is at 6 p.m., with the tournament beginning at 6:30 p.m.  Contestants must be 18 years or older. Spring Youth Sports Registration

Registration for the U.S. Army’s spring youth sports season is open now until Feb. 28 or when teams are full.  Sports available are baseball, golf, softball, soccer, and track and field and are for ages 5 to 15. Cost is $65. A Health Assessment/Sports Physical must be on file prior to initial practice. 2022 Spring Season Youth Sports

Registration for the spring season for youth sports for the Baumholder community is open now until March 13. Sports offered are baseball, ages 5 to 15, and Track & Field, ages 8 to 15, which cost $60. Skill Development Clinics cost $45 and are for golf, ages 8 to 15, and Archery, ages 9 to 18. Sports physicals/health assessments must be on file and current in order to participate.
