Armstrong’s Club to Host Mother’s Day Buffet

Armstrong’s Club will be hosting a Mother’s Day Buffet on May 11 in the club’s ballroom, Bldg. 1036 on Vogelweh Housing. Seating times are 10 a.m. to noon, and 1 to 3 p.m. Reservation deadline is May 8. The cost of the buffet is €29 for those who are 18 and older, €16 for ages 12 to 17, €6 for ages 6 to 11, and free for children under the age of 5. Thursday Night Comedy Show

South African Comedian featured on the Netflix show Only Jokes Allowed, Gilli Apter, headlines the Thursday Comedy Show May 15 from 8 to 10 p.m. at the Kazabra Club, Bldg. 2057 on Vogelweh. Host is Erin Crouch. The show will feature special guests. This is an 18+ event. Doors open at 7 p.m., tickets are $15 at the door.  Payment can be made with credit and debit cards or U.S dollars. Earnest Harris Memorial Car Show

Five categories will be judged at the Earnest Harris Memorial Car Show, held May 17 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Pulaski Auto Skills Center, Bldg. 2859 on Pulaski Barracks. Mother’s Day Celebration Luncheon

The Sembach Community Activity Center is hosting a Mother’s Day Celebration Luncheon May 11 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at SCAC, Bldg. 220 on Sembach Kaserne. The Rolling Hills Open

Registration for the Rolling Hills Open is now until June 19. The event is June 21 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Rolling Hills Golf Course, Bldg. 8888 on Wetzel Kaserne. Cost is $50, which includes the green fee and cart. This is a 1-day, 18-hole championship tournament. Prizes will be given for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place (MWR Gift cards, $100, $75, and $50) and all winners will receive automatic inclusion on the Rolling Hills Ryder Cup team and get free entry into the 4th of July tournament. Weekly Bike Rides with Outdoor Recreation

Baumholder Outdoor Recreation is offering “It’s almost Friday! Come ride with Outdoor Recreation” bike rides from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursdays happening now to Aug. 31. Trips depart and return at Baumholder Outdoor Recreation, Bldg. 8167 on Smith Barracks. Cost is $5 to rent a standard bike or $10 for an E-Bike. It is free if you bring your own bike. If you are registered for the IMCOM Bike Challenge, this ride is a great opportunity to earn miles or KMs toward your 1000KM! Grill & Chill with BOSS

Join BOSS every first and third Friday to “Grill & Chill” at the Warrior Zone, Bldg. 8218 on Smith Barracks in Baumholder. The evening starts at 6 p.m. BOSS members will bring their own meat or meat alternative, seasonings, sides and grill their food. BOSS provides grill, propane and major grilling utensils. Once the food is cooked, BOSS members can head upstairs to watch a movie. Outside beverages are not permitted in the Warrior Zone. Early Bird Enrollments for Youth Sports

Family and MWR Youth Sports are offering Early Bird Fall Sports Enrollments Saturday, May 31, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Parent Central Services, Room 123 in Bldg. 162 on Rhine Ordnance Barracks. Fall Sports will be Soccer; Volleyball; Cross Country; Cheer; Flag Football and Tackle Football. Children must have a current Child & Youth Services (CYS) Registration and Sports Physical on file. “Explore Archery” Summer Camp

Family and MWR Youth Sports are offering “Explore Archery” Summer Camp for ages 10 to 15. Registration is from May 19 to June 27, or when slots are full. The camp is July 14 to 18 or Aug. 4 to 8 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at the Twin Field on Landstuhl Post. Cost is $45. The focus is on building fundamental skills, a competitive edge, and a bit of creativity. NAF Vehicle Auction

Check out the vehicles up for auction from now to May 7. Vehicles may be viewed at the Pulaski Barracks parking lot across from the Shoppette. Vehicles are sold “As is.” Sealed bids must be made in person at the Auto Skills Center on Pulaski Barracks. Place the filled-out bid form in a sealed envelope in the locked drop box at the Auto Skills Center. Bids less than the minimum bid will not be considered. Yoga Basics & Breath Work & Meditation

Dive into the elements of yoga with this Yoga Basics class followed by 30 minutes of breath work and meditation Saturday, May 3, from 10 a.m. to noon at the Massage and Yoga Studio, Bldg. 2899 on Pulaski Barracks. Summer Tire Mounting & Balance Special

Baumholder, Landstuhl and Pulaski Auto Skills Centers are offering Summer Tire Mounting and Balance Special during May. The special is 10 percent off mounting and balancing of tires when utilizing their Speedy Lube tire services or when performing the mounting and balancing in the self-help sections. Call any of the three Auto Skills Centers to schedule a summer tire change. For the do-it-yourselfers, crafts shop bays are first-come first-serve. Free Dance Lessons at Armstrong’s Club

The new open sessions of free beginner dance lessons is every Wednesday from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Armstrong’s Club, Bldg. 1036 on Vogelweh Housing. The focus is Country Two Step, Swing and Line Dance. Ten other styles are also available upon request. No experience necessary. New sessions are: Now to May 14; May 21 to June 18; and July 9 to Aug. 6. Wear smooth bottom shoes. 2025 USAG RP Unit Level Softball Leagues

Registration for the USAG Rheinland-Pfalz Unit Level Softball Season is now to May 16. Softball Season for Baumholder and Kaiserslautern is from May 27 to July 21 with games played at the Soldier Field on Smith Barracks in Baumholder and at the KAD Fields, near Daenner Kaserne, in Kaiserslautern. Army Active Duty, family members, and DOD civilians with ID cards, who are ages 18 and older, are eligible to participate. Sports Officials needed. If interested, contact your local sports office. Unit Level Soccer Season

The USAG Rheinland-Pfalz Intramural Sports Program announces the 2025 Unit Level Soccer Season from June 24 to Aug. 14 for the Baumholder and Kaiserslautern Military Communities. Registration for both communities is now until May 31. Letters of Intent are available at the Hall of Champions Physical Fitness Center for the Baumholder community, and the Kleber Physical Fitness Center for the Kaiserslautern community. Wibit Inflatable Obstacle Course

The Aquatic Center, Bldg. 8897/95 on Wetzel Kaserne in Baumholder, has a Wibit inflatable Obstacle Course for rent. Register with Landstuhl Youth Center

The Landstuhl Youth Center (LYC) is a facility for youth in grades 6th-12th that offers a wide range of programs and activities Monday through Friday, after school. This free program is available to youth who have a military affiliation in Germany. Homeschooled youth, and youth who attend either a German or DODEA school are welcome to join.
