COMUSAFE thanks Ramstein Airmen

Gen. Tod D. Wolters, U.S. Air Forces in Europe and Air Forces Africa commander, tests a piece of equipment for cracks with Tech. Sgt. James Cone and Staff Sgt. Timothy J. Schwenning II, both 86th Maintenance Squadron nondestructive inspection technicians, during an immersion tour Oct. 23 on Ramstein Air Base.
