Tinia Bills looks on as her 2nd grade class at Kaiserslautern Elementary School joined the Fall Festival Nov. 1 sponsored by Mrs. Grant’s 3rd grade class. Students were able to enjoy carnival themed games and “rides,” and even received small awards as prizes.
