First Sergeant’s Corner

For special functions, enlisted personnel may wear the semi-formal uniform instead of the Mess Dress uniform. The semi-formal uniform consists of the blue service coat, trousers for men, skirt for women, the blue herringbone tie for men, and the blue tie tab for women. Men wear a white, plain knitted or woven shirt with short or medium point collar. Women wear a white, cotton or polyester, Princess-line, button front blouse with small point collar. Nametags and headgear are not worn, and saluting when outdoors is not required.
