Five Airmen receive Articles 15

Driving under the influence
An E-4 was charged under Article 111 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice for driving under the influence of alcohol. Punishment received was reduction to the grade of E-3, forfeiture of $150 pay and a reprimand.

An E-3 was charged under Article 111 of the UCMJ for driving under the influence of alcohol. Punishment received was reduction to the grade of E-2, suspended forfeiture of $792 pay per month for two months, 15 days extra duty and a reprimand.

False official statement, driving under the influence
An E-2 was charged under Articles 107 and 111 of the UCMJ for signing a false official statement and driving under the influence of alcohol. Punishment received was reduction to the grade of E-1, 30 days restriction, 15 days extra duty and a reprimand.

Drunk and disorderly
An E-4 was charged under Article 134 of the UCMJ for drunk and disorderly conduct. Punishment received was forfeiture of $1,102 pay per month for two months, 14 days extra duty and a reprimand.
Failure to go

An E-3 was charged under Article 86 of the UCMJ for failing to go to an appointed place of duty at the prescribed time. Punishment received was reduction to the grade of E-2, suspended forfeiture of $400 pay per month for two months, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand.
