Honoring victims and survivors of domestic violence

In honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, U.S. Army Garrison Rheinland-Pfalz Family Advocacy Program held a tree planting ceremony on Oct. 12 beside the garrison headquarters building on Rhine Ordnance Barracks.
