Dear On-Base Residents,
The Department of the Air Force is asking tenants of government-owned housing to share their experiences and opinions of the programs via the DoD Tenant Satisfaction Survey.
Have you received your CEL Survey? If not, instructions on how to obtain a CEL Survey are below.
The survey is being conducted online and is being administered through a third party, CEL & Associates, Inc.
The survey will close February 17. Although the survey links were sent out via email to all tenants with a valid email address on file, it is possible that you did not receive one for a variety of reasons.
If you have not received a survey email (sent) January 7:
Check your spam folder. The initial email came from
AirForceHousingSurvey@celassociates.com.
Check with your spouse, partner, or other household member(s) to determine if they received the email.
Each household may only complete one survey.
If you could not find the email, please request another CEL survey, and email AirForceHousingSurvey@celassociates.com the following information:
Subject line: Enter your address and Ramstein AFB
Body of Email:
Include the following:
Your name
Your complete street address including unit number
Installation name
Email Address
The Air Force is funding the survey, and CEL & Associates is an independent third-party provider.
By using a third-party firm, Military residents and their families can provide their open, honest and anonymous impressions of living in government-owned housing. The survey data will be shared with Air Force housing program leaders to continue to improve the government housing experience.
