The Housing Management Office is ready to support you in the transition to your new home and community. If you are looking for homes to rent, it helps to know where to start; www.homes.mil provides all available, KMC Housing-inspected and approved rentals in the KMC!

Still having issues finding your home? Call the Housing Referral Section and schedule an appointment for personal assistance at DSN 489-6643 or 6659, commercial 0631-536-6643/6659.

Once you have found the right home, e-mail a copy of the rental agreement to KMCHousing@us.af.mil once it is signed by the prospective landlord. Please DO NOT sign the rental agreement before it has been reviewed by the Housing Referral Office.

After our housing professionals complete their review, you will be contacted to set up an appointment to certify the rental agreement. You are then ready to reside in the great Kaiserslautern Military Community!
