Intramural volleyball games continue

In the 435th Services Squadron Fitness Centers’ intramural volleyball league, only two teams remain undefeated, but many others are still in the mix with only one or two losses each.
As of March 25 in the National League, the 435th Construction and Training Squadron and 435th Communications Squadron (2) are tied for first place. And with only one loss each, 1st Combat Communications Squadron and the 723rd Air Mobility Squadron are not far behind.
In the American League, the 426th Information Operations Squadron lost their first match of the season, but remain tied for first place with the 86th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron. Following closely behind with only two losses are Headquarters U.S. Air Forces in Europe Logistics (A4) Directorate, USAFE Operational Weather Squadron and the 786th Security Forces Squadron.
435th SVS remains in first place with a 6-1 record in the Women’s League, with USAFE Regional Supply Squadron and 435th Medical Support Squadron in second and third place respectively.
Members are invited to get to the Vogelweh Fitness Center to cheer on their favorite teams. Games take place 5:30 to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. For details, call 480-5491.
