Kisling NCO Academy provides military education, preparation

Each year, approximately 980 technical sergeants attend Professional Military Education at the Kisling NCO Academy, located at Kapaun Air Station.

The school’s mission is to prepare technical sergeants to be professional, war-fighting Airmen who can lead and manage Air Force units in the employment of air, space and cyberspace power. 

Students attend 28 days of training, covering 223 hours of curriculum that focus on four areas:
• military professionalism
• combat leadership
• managerial communicator
• unit manager  
The Kisling NCOA vision is to develop Airmen with a Warrior Ethos and passion for leading in the cause of freedom.

Kisling NCOA maintains a Web site to ensure students can access information prior to arrival. The Web site includes items such as reporting procedures, uniform requirements, curriculum information and graduation photos.
