April 19
5:47 p.m.: An Airman reported a major traffic accident after the Airman was forced off the road by an unknown driver who was driving in the middle of the road. Damage was done to the Airman’s vehicle but there were no reported injuries.

April 20
8:50 p.m.: An Airman reported the odor of a controlled substance coming from an individual’s dorm room. A sweep was conducted of the room and two bags containing a controlled substance were found outside the individual’s window on the grass. The individual was detained for use and possession of a controlled substance and advised of his legal rights.

April 22
1:05 a.m.: A local national notified Polizei of a vehicle parked off the road in a grassy area. Upon contact, Polizei detected the smell of alcohol emitting from the operator’s breath. The operator had been driving his vehicle when he lost control. The operator was transported to LRMC for further evaluation.

12:15 p.m.:  A Soldier reported larceny of private property after someone stole five laptops from her secured vehicle. There are no known suspects or witnesses.

April 23
5:30 a.m.: A Soldier was observed by Polizei operating his vehicle in an erratic manner. Upon contact, Polizei detected the odor of alcohol emitting from his breath. The Soldier was advised of his legal rights.

7:17 p.m.: Two Airmen reported an assault and burglary after two Airmen entered their rooms while they were sleeping and struck them in the face with a pillowcase full of flour. The two Airmen who committed the offense were advised of their legal rights.

April 24
3:35 a.m.: Polizei reported five Soldiers had damaged private property. Investigation revealed the Soldiers were drunk and disorderly when they damaged nine vehicles. The Soldiers were all advised of their legal rights.

7:20 a.m.: A physical altercation occurred between two Airmen after one Airman spit on the other and struck him in the eye with a closed fist. In turn, the other Airman then struck back two times to the face. Medical attention was declined and both individuals were advised of their legal rights.

April 25
2 a.m.: An Airman reported credit fraud after the Airman left a debit card at an ATM and later found charges were made to his account that he did not make.
10 p.m.: A dependent reported an assault after two children were involved in a verbal altercation that turned physical when one child started choking the other. Further investigation is pending.

Article 15 Actions
» The 86th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron commander administered non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ, to a senior Airman for violation of Article 107, false official statement. The commander imposed punishment of reduction to Airman first class, 45 days extra duty and a reprimand.

» The 86th Operations Support Squadron commander administered non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ, to an Airman first class for violation of Article 113, drunken or reckless operation of a vehicle.  The commander imposed punishment of reduction to Airman, forfeiture of $822 pay for one month and a reprimand.

» The 721st Aerial Port Squadron commander administered non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ, to a staff sergeant for violation of Article 92, dereliction of duty. The commander imposed punishment of suspended reduction to senior Airman and a reprimand.

» The 37th Airlift Squadron commander administered non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ, to a senior Airman for violation of Article 128, simple assault, and Article 134, drunk and disorderly conduct. The commander imposed punishment of reduction to Airman first class with a suspended reduction to Airman, forfeiture of $919 pay for one month, 30 days restriction to base, and a reprimand.
