May 24
3:30 a.m.: Two Air Force NCOs were involved in a verbal altercation with two local nationals that turned physical. There were four witnesses, and investigation revealed alcohol was involved. Both individuals were advised of their legal rights.


May 25
7:35 a.m.: A local national attempted to make a U-turn when an Airman’s motorcycle struck the side of the vehicle. There were disabling damages to both vehicles and the Airman was transported to LRMC for hip injuries.

May 26
7:50 p.m.: A dependent reported an assault. Investigation revealed the dependent and her husband were involved in a verbal altercation that turned physical when the husband struck his wife in the face. The dependent suffered cuts inside her mouth. The husband was advised of his legal rights.

May 27
1:55 a.m.: Polizei observed an Air Force NCO operating his vehicle in an erratic manner. Polizei stopped the NCO and, upon contact, detected an odor of alcohol. The NCO was advised of his legal rights.

5:15 a.m.: A Soldier reported her vehicle was stolen from her residence along with one Service Credit Union card, one common access card and one child car seat. There are no known suspects or witnesses.

7:50 a.m.: Security forces reported an Airman was sleeping in the driver’s seat of his car with the engine running. Multiple attempts were made to wake the Airman. Upon contact, the odor of alcohol was detected. The Airman was advised of his legal rights.

May 28
1:27 a.m.: An unknown individual and a Soldier were involved in a verbal altercation that turned physical when the unknown individual struck the Soldier on his neck, scraping him.  The Soldier was treated at the scene.

May 29
5:01 a.m.: An Airman and an NCO were involved in a verbal altercation that turned physical when the Airman pushed the NCO. Polizei approached the Airman and noticed he was urinating. When the officer attempted to approach the Airman to identify him, the Airman slapped him. The Airman continued and began to urinate on the Polizei car. He was then restrained and advised of his legal rights.

May 30
5:35 a.m.: An assault was reported. Investigation revealed an Air Force NCO was at LRMC when he leapt out of his bed, chased the ICU nurse and tackled her to the ground. The NCO was restrained and the nurse was treated for bruising to her right knee.

UCMJ Actions
» A squadron commander administered non-judicial punishment under Article 15, Uniform Code of Military Justice, to a senior Airman for violation of Article 111, drunken operation of a vehicle. The commander imposed punishment of reduction to Airman first class, suspended forfeiture of $864 for two months and a reprimand.

» A  group commander administered non-judicial punishment under Article 15, UCMJ, to a staff sergeant for violation of Article 111, drunken operation of a vehicle. The commander imposed punishment of reduction to senior Airman, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand.
