11:10 a.m.: A major traffic accident with injuries was reported in Kaiserslautern. The investigation revealed a pedestrian attempted to cross the road and failed to yield to oncoming traffic. Upon contact, Polizei detected the odor of alcohol coming from the pedestrian.

4:05 p.m.: A theft was reported at the KMCC. Investigation revealed someone stole items by concealing them in their pocket and backpack.

6 a.m.: Theft from a motor vehicle was reported in Oskar-Schlemmer-Ring in Kaiserslautern.

NOV. 4
7:28 a.m.: A theft of AAFES property at the Pulaski Barracks Shoppette was reported. Investigation revealed an Army captain left the shoppette without paying.

NOV. 5
12 p.m.: A break-in and theft was reported in Landstuhl.

NOV. 6
11:10 a.m.: Fraud was reported at the Community Bank ATM. Investigation revealed the suspect withdrew an unknown amount from the ATM and later discovered additional charges to his credit card in the amount of $495.

NOV. 7
10:30 a.m.: Shoplifting was reported at the KMCC on Ramstein. Investigation revealed the suspect removed the property  without rendering proper payment.
