6:15 a.m.: Theft from an unsecured motor vehicle was reported in Schönenberg-Kübelberg.

9:49 a.m.: Theft from an unsecured motor vehicle was reported in Martinshöhe.

6:03 p.m.: A house break-in and larceny of unsecured private property was reported in Weselberg.

MAY 16
11:30 a.m.: A major traffic accident with injuries was reported at Rhine Ordnance Barracks. Investigation revealed a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle as it was backing out of a parking spot.

1:52 p.m.: Damage to private property was reported in Kaiserslautern. Investigation revealed an unknown person scratched the driver’s door.

10:55 p.m.: A major traffic accident with no injuries was reported in Hochspeyer. Investigation revealed the accident was caused due to a vehicle failing to yield the right of way.

MAY 17
10:03 a.m.: A sexual assault was reported on Vogelweh. The incident took place earlier this year.

11:18 a.m.: A major traffic accident with injures was reported in Stelzenberg due to an individual losing control of their vehicle.

5:50 p.m.: Identity theft was reported. Investigation revealed that someone used an individual’s identity in Albany, Ga. 


MAY 18
3:40 p.m.: A major traffic accident with injuries was reported in Schönenberg-Kübelberg.

7:40 p.m.: A minor traffic accident and fleeing the scene was reported in Kaiserslautern. Investigation revealed an individual misjudged distance, striking a vehicle. The motorist then departed the scene without contacting appropriate
officials.

11:30 p.m.: An individual was apprehended at the Ramstein West Gate for failure to obey an order or regulation by operating a USAREUR-plated vehicle without a USAREUR license.

MAY 19
12:06 a.m.: An individual was apprehended for failing to obey an order or regulation for allowing a non-USAREUR license holder to operate a USAREUR-plated vehicle without a USAREUR license.

12:43 a.m.: An individual was apprehended for assault in Kaiserslautern. Investigation revealed two individuals were involved in a verbal altercation that turned physical.

7 a.m.: A major traffic accident with injuries was reported in Kaiserslautern. Investigation revealed the accident was caused due to excessive speed for road conditions and the driver’s high level of intoxication.

6:45 p.m.: An individual was apprehended for assault and communicating a threat on Ramstein.

7:49 p.m.: An individual was apprehended on Vogelweh for being drunk and disorderly and communicating a threat.

MAY 20
2:10 a.m.: An individual was apprehended in Hütschenhausen for drunken driving and driving under the influence of a controlled substance. Investigation revealed the individual was operating their vehicle in an erratic manner. Polizei conducted a traffic stop and administered a breath test and drug test, which were positive for THC.

11:37 a.m.: A major traffic accident with injuries was reported in Ramstein-Miesenbach. Investigation revealed the accident was caused
due to excessive speeds and high levels of intoxication.

MAY 21
8:02 a.m.: A major traffic accident, drunken driving and fleeing the scene was reported in Siegelbach.

6:36 p.m.: An individual reported that someone communicated a threat by threatening to kill her.
