11:01 p.m.: A drunken driver was reported on Ramstein after he was observed stumbling while exiting a vehicle after a minor vehicle accident.

10:42 p.m.: A driving under the influence of an illegal substance was reported in Ramstein-Miesenbach.

NOV. 9
2:08 p.m.: Child neglect was reported on Vogelweh Family Housing.

2:35 p.m.: A failure to control a guest was reported at the dorms on Ramstein.

12:48 a.m.: A drunken driver and a major traffic accident with injuries were reported in Kindsbach. The accident was caused after a motorist hit two signs.

2:02 a.m.: An assault was reported in Weilerbach.

2:25 a.m.: Drunk and disorderly conduct was reported at a club in Kaiserslautern. Investigation revealed the individual was kicked out of the club by bouncers for fighting and told not to re-enter multiple times.

12:16 p.m.: A fleeing the scene was reported in Einsiedlerhof. The accident was caused due to the motorist driving too fast for road conditions. After the accident, the motorist then failed to notify proper authorities.

4:10 p.m.: Illegal street racing and reckless driving was reported in Kaiserslautern.

12:45 a.m.: Theft from a secured motor vehicle and larceny of government property was reported in Hauptstuhl.

11:15 a.m.: A domestic assault was reported in Miesau.

3:32 p.m.: Theft from a motor vehicle and larceny of private and government property was reported in Hauptstuhl.

4:34 p.m.: Theft from motor vehicle was reported in Hauptstuhl.

5:50 p.m.: A stolen U.S. Army Europe license plate was reported in Regensburg.
