KMC climbs into Biggest Loser challenge

Active-duty members and Kaiserslautern Military Community’s Biggest Loser challenge participants go rock climbing Jan. 25 on Ramstein. Whether participants are looking for a new fitness regimen or want to knock off the holiday weight, classes such as rock climbing, spinning and yoga are offered to people during the KMC’s ‘Biggest Loser’ challenge.
