The Army & Air Force Exchange Service recognized the KMC Exchange as the winner of the Director/CEO Cup 2018 for Europe Region.
Every year, the Exchange’s five regions nominate one small, medium, large and super store as the best of the best at fulfilling the organization’s mission: delivering the Exchange benefit to Soldiers, Airmen, retirees and military families. The KMC Exchange was named the best in Europe in the Super category.
Stores are nominated for the Director/CEO Cup based on customer experience, leadership, business and marketing results, community support and command validation for partnerships and engagement.
Director/CEO Tom Shull presented the award to KMC General Manager, Carl Carpenter, and Store Manager, Sandra Reed at the Exchange’s 2019 main store manager/general manager conference in Frisco, Texas.
