KMC Halloween Events


Halloween, dollar day
The Kaiserslautern October carnival will sponsor Halloween and Dollar
day today. Visitors will await surprises if dressed in a costume. On
rides, children will receive one free chip for every paid chip.
Americans can pay in dollars at a 1-to-1 exchange rate.

Children also can participate in a pumpkin artworks contest. They need
to turn their carved pumpkins in at the bistro tent from 2 p.m. to 4
p.m. Prizes will be distributed at 4:30 p.m. and the carvers of the
most imaginative pumpkins will be awarded ramble passes.

Pre-Halloween hijinks
Sembach Combined Club will offer a night of pre-Halloween hijinks 5 to
8 p.m. Tuesday. There will be fun, games, a costume contest and a

Halloween at clubs
The Ramstein Enlisted Club is hosting a Halloween Deadman’s party at 10
p.m. Oct. 29. There will be three costume contest categories – best
male, best female and best duo. Entry is free for members and $5 for
non-members.
Kazabra Bingo Palace in building 2057 on Vogelweh will sponsor a
Texas-style Halloween party with costume contest 8 p.m. Oct. 29 to 4

Landstuhl Combined Community Club is hostong a costume party 10 p.m.
Oct. 29. The Landstuhl Club also will offer Halloween Bingo 3 to 7 p.m.
Oct. 30. Come in wearing a costume and get a free card for the jackpot
game. Play special Halloween games and enjoy free snacks. For more

Haunted houses
The 431st Civil Engineer Squadron will present its first annual haunted
house “Crypt of Terror” 6:30 p.m. to midnight today through Oct. 31 at
Sembach’s building 200. Admission is $3 for adults and $2 for children.

The 435th Munitions Squadron and 435th Logisitics Readiness Squadron
will sponsor a haunted house in Ramstein Family Housing, building 901.
It will be open 7 to 10 p.m. today, Saturday and Oct. 30, and 7 to 11
p.m. Oct. 28, 29 and 31. Admission is $5 for adults and $1 for children
under 12.
