Recently, Ms. Sharon Emerling’s, Ms. Maxine Reid’s, and Mr. Mark Wilburn’s fifth grade students at Landstuhl Elementary Middle School went on a study trip to the Karlsruhe Zoo. While at the Karlsruhe Zoo, the fifth grade students focused on Living Systems. The zoo was a perfect place to identify the parts of a complex system.
