Rheinland-Pfalz International Choir holiday concerts: Following the return of our director, Dr. Justin Lewis, and his family to the U.S., Ms. Jennifer Hsiung joined the choir in August as our new Director. For the past three months, we have been busy preparing two upcoming concerts for your enjoyment. Come to the concert “Seasons of Joy,” our annual Christmas concert with the USAFE Band, in the Fruchthalle at 8 p.m. on Dec. 14. Tickets are free and can be obtained this afternoon at the German-American Buergeramt, or come to our concert “WinterVoices” at 5 p.m. on Dec. 15 in the St. Valentin church in Bann. All Winter White Party: Winter is here and Armstrong’s is ready to party! Celebrate the All Winter White Party by dressing to impress all in white on Saturday. DJ Cutty Tha Creator will be playing all genres of music rocking the party from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. with no cover charge. Breakfast with Santa: On Saturday, at 9 a.m., join the Kazabra Club for Breakfast with Santa! The morning includes visiting with Santa, a scrumptious breakfast of pancakes, bacon, sausage, eggs, fruits and juices, along with a holiday themed craft. A wonderful way to create a special family memory this holiday season! There will also be a chance to win 1 round trip ticket to the states sponsored by CWT SATO Travel courtesy of United Airlines! Big The Musical: Come to the holiday show at KMC OnStage Theater about the joys of childhood! BIG the Musical is an adaptation of the 1988 Tom Hanks film about a 12-year-old boy who wishes on a carnival machine to be bigger, in order to impress the object of his adolescent affections. His wish is granted and he grows up overnight. The play follows his journey as he copes with his new adulthood while hunting down the traveling carnival machine in order to wish himself back into his younger body. All shows will be at KMC OnStage Theater. Dueling Pianos — Holiday Tour: Armed Forces Entertainment is proud to offer a Dueling Pianos — Holiday Tour at Kazabra Club on Dec. 15 from 7:30 to 9 p.m. with doors opening at 6 p.m. This upbeat show is full of humor and a full range of music. Santa’s Holiday Bingo: On Dec. 16, Kazabra Club invites you to end your year with a little Holiday cheer! Come out for an afternoon of bingo fun, prizes and holiday goodies. Multiple $1000 games. There will be holiday cookie/dessert bar with coffee and holiday drinks. $75 per card pack. Doors open at 1 p.m. Games begin at 3 p.m. Open to ID cardholders and their guests, ages 18 and older. Holiday Open House at the Arts & Crafts Center: This Saturday from 1 to 5 p.m., get to know your neighborhood Arts & Crafts Center during our Holiday Open House.  Take pictures with Santa, then make easy photo prints with Christmas card options at the Photo Kiosk conveniently located in the Craft Store. Choose from a variety of ceramic Christmas ornaments to paint, or complete a variety of other DIY Christmas ornament crafts for the whole family. Build and decorate your own gingerbread house while supplies last. There will also be warm beverages and holiday treats on hand. No entrance or registration fee. Parent and Child Art Night Out: Join us for a night of painting with your kids. Have fun painting together for a night and take home a beautiful family keepsake to treasure forever! This parent and child painting class is designed for you and your child to have a night out together and have some fun. Absolutely NO painting skill is required! We will guide you throughout the whole process! $35.00 for one adult and one child age 5 to 18 (includes all supplies for painting). Bottled drinks & snack packs will be provided, Dec. 14. Grapes and Graffiti at Tavern on the Rock: Join us for an unforgettable evening of friends, wine, beer, and painting, hosted by the Arts and Crafts program at Tavern on the Rock Dec. 13.  This adult only gathering is open to ID cardholder age 18 and above.  $35 per person covers all supplies for painting.  Beverages may be purchased separately from Tavern on the Rock.
