Young Frankenstein: The comedy genius Mel Brooks (creator of the record-breaking Broadway sensation “The Producers”) adapts his electrifyingly funny film of the same name into a brilliant stage creation. Footloose the Musical Auditions: Everybody cut loose and come audition for the beloved 80’s classic: Footloose the Musical, Nov. 4 & 5 from 6-8 p.m. at the KMC Onstage Theater on Kleber Kaserne, Bldg. 3232. Come prepared for a cold read and vocal audition along with learning choreography. No prior experience necessary! Roles will be casted along with an ensemble. Five Women Wearing the Same Dress: Auditions for this witty comedy are being held Nov. 11 & 12 from 6-8 p.m. at the KCAC on Daenner Kaserne, Bldg. 3109. The show revolves around five bridesmaids and a bride who despite their differences, end up becoming closer than they could have thought. Cold read auditions with no experience necessary. Thanksgiving Brunch: Join us in celebrating this day of thanks on Nov. 28 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Who said you have to spend all day in the kitchen?  Bring your friends and family to enjoy all of the classics and favorites from home, without the mess and fuss.  All ID cardholders and their guests are invited. Polar Express: The USAG RP Library Landstuhl & CYS are hosting a festive winter party on Dec. 7 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Landstuhl Youth Center, Landstuhl, Bldg. 93812. Enjoy a warm cup of hot cocoa and get creative with several make and take activities. Join our conductor for a Polar ride on the train through the wintery wonderland and visit with our jolly old elf. Splash Days at the Aquatic Center: You won’t want to miss the Aquatic Center turning into an aquatic obstacle course for the day. Nov. 2 the new WiBit Track is getting blown up for everyone to enjoy from noon until 4 p.m. Entry is $3 per person. Holiday Magic: Celebrate the magic of the season Dec. 5 starting at 6 p.m. with the official tree-lighting at Baumholder Headquarters. Follow Santa on his Holiday Magic Train to the Hall of Champions where beginning at 6:30 p.m. you can get pictures with jolly old man himself as well as enjoy food, train rides, arts & crafts, various children’s activities of which also includes cookie decorating.
