Medical Readiness Command – Europe civilian employees recognized for cumulative 80 years of service

SEMBACH, Germany — U.S. Army Brig. Gen. Mark Stackle, commander of Medical Readiness Command – Europe (MRC-EUR) and director of Defense Health Network Europe, along with Command Sgt. Maj. Kalani Kalili, command sergeant major for MRC-EUR recognized two civilian employees for their 80 years of cumulative federal service during an All-Hands Meeting held Sept 24, 2026 at Sembach Tiger Theater. The two employees were Thelma Burton (center left), a Human Resources Specialist, and Mary Ann Madden (center right), a Management Analyst. Both Burton and Madden were honored for their individual 40-year careers of dedicated service to the nation. The MRC-EUR All-Hands Meeting is part of an ongoing series designed by the command team to keep military and civilian personnel informed of operational updates, recognize outstanding achievements, and maintain direct transparency between leadership and the Medical Readiness Command – Europe staff.
