Over 200 selectees received mementos for their achievement to the “final” junior non-commissioned officer tier. The final lap theme was inspired by the acknowledgement of the rank technical sergeant being the last rank within the NCO tier prior to senior non-commissioned officer. As technical sergeants they are charged for remaining a technical expert while providing excellent attention to detail, establishing effective communication, and fostering a positive culture of trust within the organization.
