No FEAR training required for U.S. Army Europe civilian employees

HEIDELBERG, GERMANY — USAREUR federal civilian employees are required to complete Notification of Anti-discrimination and Retaliation online training by May 31.
The training includes applicable rights and remedies for civilian employees under federal anti-discrimination and whistleblower protection laws. Training must be completed every two years through the No FEAR act of 2002.

This training requirement does not apply to local national and contractor employees.
Training can be completed by logging onto www.atrrs.army.mil and proceeding to register for No FEAR training course number EEO-202. Once enrolled, proceed to the Army Learning Management System and complete the training.
