Order of Military Medical Merit bestowed upon US Army Officer

SEMBACH, Germany — U.S. Army Brig. Gen. Roger Giraud (left), commander of Medical Readiness Command, Europe and Command Sgt. Maj. Jesus Gonzalez (right), presented U.S. Army Lt. Col. Justin Lilly (center), chief information officer for Medical Readiness Command, Europe with the Order of Military Medical Merit (O2M3) during a town hall meeting held Jan. 21 at Tiger Theater on Sembach. The O2M3 recognizes individuals who demonstrate high integrity and moral character, are in the top 10% of their Corps and field, have excelled professionally in the Army Medical Department (AMEDD) for at least 15 years, contributed selflessly, and enhanced Army Medicine.
