Asian and antique auction
For the third time in the KMC, the Ramstein Elementary School Parent Teacher Association is sponsoring an Asian and Antique Furniture Auction March 7 in the school gym.
A silent auction of about 100 different items will kick off the event. Bidding will begin with the other 200 items at 10 a.m. and will run until everything is sold. The event is open to all ID cardholders.
For safety purposes, this is an adults only event. Items for auction include Asian furniture, porcelain, tiffany lamps and an
assortment of decorative pieces from Hong Kong and Tibet.
All payment must be made in U.S.
dollars, checks or money orders. The
proceeds will go to the PTA to support school activities and enrichment programs, benefiting all students at the school.
Blood drive
The Ramstein Education Center is sponsoring a combined Blood Drive and Education Fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday in Bldg. 2104, Room 100, on Ramstein. Those interested in giving blood can make an appointment to donate at
www.militarylifeforce.com. Walk-ins are also welcome.
