Volunteer program
The Ramstein Dental Clinic starts the next American Red Cross Dental Assisting Volunteer Program April 27. The program is seven months, full time and open to all ID cardholders with a high school diploma or equivalent. Volunteers needed
The Girl Scouts Kaiserslautern neighborhood, which consists of Vogelweh Elementary School, Kaiserslautern High School and Kaiserslautern Elementary/Middle School, is looking for a volunteer to fill the overseas committee chair position for the 2009-2010 Girl Scout year. If interested, e-mail

Teen Shuttle
Child, Youth & School Services begins offering Teen Shuttle service April 15. This service is available to all CYS Services patrons in high school. Pick up points are located throughout the KMC including Vogelweh, Ramstein and Landstuhl. To learn more about routes or how to participate, call Central Enrollment at 493-4516 or 0631-3406-4516.

Pool party

VES mass registration
All Department of Defense Education Activity students need to register for the 2009/2010 school year. Vogelweh Elementary School will hold a mass registration from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. April 3 in the VES cafeteria, Bldg. 1178. Early registration enables the school to plan staffing for the next year. Atendees should bring proof of residence, ID cards for sponsor, shot records, orders or extensions to the registration.
