Volunteers, donations needed

Landstuhl Elementary Middle School is looking for volunteers to help with the Parent Teacher Student Association Spring Carnival from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. March 25 on Landstuhl, Bldg. 3830. Volunteers are needed for various activities and hours on the day of the carnival, including face painters, balloon animal creators, game and prize room helpers, and more. If you are able to volunteer your time on the day of the carnival, sign up at www.signupgenius.com/go/5080d4da5ac28a6fd0-landstuhl. If you would like to organize an activity at the carnival, contact julie.wittenberg@eu.dodea.edu. Additionally, donations for the silent auction and raffle baskets, used-book sale and stuffed animal walk are needed. LEMS Spring Carnival, Chili Cook-Off

Landstuhl Elementary Middle School hosts its Parent Teacher Student Association Spring Carnival from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. March 25 in Landstuhl, Bldg. 3830. Come and enjoy food, games, a silent auction and raffle baskets, prizes, face painting, used-book sale and more. The annual Chili Cook-Off will also be held during the carnival. Highlight a Child

Highlight a Child is an event to highlight children and their talents in the community, as part of Child Abuse Awareness Month programming. The theme is, “Safer Communities, Safer Children.” Five groups of children will dance and sing from 6 to 8 p.m. April 28 at the Landstuhl Community Center, Bldg. 3780. There will be an art contest project for the schools, and the winning project will be displayed at the Kaiserslautern Military Community Center main Exchange. Kindermusik

Kindermusik is a musical program that nurtures young children’s development in the areas of language, social, emotional and physical skills. SKIESUnlimited offers Kindermusik classes in three age categories: Cuddle and Bounce, ages 0 to 18 months; Wiggle and Grow, ages 18 months to 3 years; and Laugh and Learn, ages 3 to 5 years. Dance instructor needed

SKIESUnlimited is looking for a dance instructor to teach children all levels of dance, to include hip-hop, jazz, ballet, salsa and tap. They are looking for motivated professionals who can develop fun and productive dance programs and educate youth on various dancing techniques. Musical theatre dance classes

Do you love the show-stopping, toe-tapping numbers in a musical? Do you love to express yourself through stories and dance? Then musical theatre dance is for you! SKIESUnlimited offers lessons to youth ages 8 to 18 years old. The first half of class focuses on a good warm-up and jazz technique, and the second half teaches a routine in the style of musical theatre from your favorite songs and shows.
