TAG meeting

A Teen Advisory Group meeting will be held from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Oct. 1 at Landstuhl Library. Tots and Tales storytime

Tots and Tales storytime at Rheinland-Pfalz Library is an entertaining event with flannel board fun, fingerplays, songs, activities and nursery rhymes. It promotes educational development and reading readiness in young children, ages 12 to 24 months. Tots and Tales storytime is held at 10:30 a.m. every Tuesday. Sign up in advance. Kids pre-Halloween celebration

Celebrate Halloween early at the Rheinland-Pfalz Library from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 23. Children of all ages are invited to come out for a kids Halloween that includes a movie marathon, DIY makeup and costumes. No registration required. Preschool Halloween Storytime

Join the Rheinland-Pfalz Library at 10:30 a.m. Oct. 28 for a special Preschool Halloween Storytime at Landstuhl Library. Celebrate the holiday with some spooky fun. Children are encouraged to wear costumes. Open to preschool-aged children, ages 3 to 5. No registration required. Cheer and tumbling classes

SKIESUnlimited offers cheer and tumbling classes for youth ages 6 to 18. Classes help to improve strength, flexibility, jumps and tumbling. Classes are offered on a monthly basis at the Rhine Ordnance Barracks Special Events Center, Bldg. 237. Indoor Soccer (Seasonal-fall/winter)

SKIESUnlimited recently installed a brand new indoor soccer arena inside the Special Events Center, Rhine Ordnance Barracks, Bldg. 237. The licensed coaching staff is made up of current German team coaches and former professional, first division soccer players. Open to ages 3 to 17; for all soccer skill levels including basic, intermediate and advanced. Youth will develop basic and fundamental soccer skills as well as tactics and formations. Parents will receive information and feedback on their child’s progress, talent and areas needing improvement.
