Seminar topics set for technology exposition

The annual Ramstein Air Base Technology Exposition hosted by the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association Kaiserslautern Chapter 158 and sponsored by the U.S. Air Forces in Europe/A6 will offer seven seminars that are open to all attending the exposition.

The seminars will take place 9 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Tuesday at the Ramstein Officers’ Club, each running for 45 minutes.

Seminars will have presenters from vendors CDW-G, Global Technology Resources, Inc., Quest Software, Inmarsat, Inc., Cisco, VMware, as well as the AFCEA Kaiserslautern Chapter 158. Topics of seminars include virtual desktop instructor, cyber security and highly virtualized environments.

The seminars coincide with the first day of the technology exposition.
The second day of the exposition will run 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday. Each day there will be more than 70 vendors showcasing the latest in their technology offerings for all military, civilian and contractor personnel on Ramstein Air Base to explore.
