Driving under the influence
An E-4 was charged under Article 111 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice for operating a vehicle while drunk. Punishment received was reduction to E-3 and a reprimand.

Failure to go
An E-4 was charged under Article 86 of the UCMJ for failing to go to the appointed place of duty. Punishment received was forfeiture of $300 pay for two months, 45 days extra duty and a reprimand.

Dereliction of duty
An E-4 was charged under Article 92 of the UCMJ for taking an M9 from the holster, placing the muzzle to his head and cocking the hammer. Punishment received was a suspended reduction to E-3, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand.

Dereliction of duty, fraudulent claim
An E-4 was charged under Article 92 and Article 132 of the UCMJ for making unauthorized phone calls on a government issued cellular phone. The Airman also filed a fraudulent travel voucher. Punishment received was reduction to E-3, forfeiture of $820 pay, 30 days correctional custody and a reprimand.

Disrespect to a senior NCO
An E-4 was charged under Article 91 and Article 92 of the UCMJ for disrespectful actions toward a senior NCO, failing to secure a weapon and wearing a tongue ring. Punishment received was suspended reduction to E-3, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand.

Damage to property, provoking gestures
An E-5 was charged under Article 109 and Article 117 of the UCMJ for waving and firing a pellet gun at a vehicle, causing damage to that vehicle. Punishment received was reduction to E-4, 45 days extra duty and a reprimand.

Disrespect to a sentinel
An E-3 was charged under Article 134 of the UCMJ for using disrespectful language to a German security police while the ZP was in the execution of his duty. Punishment received was 30 days correctional custody and a reprimand.
