Ski clubs hit slopes for winter season

***image1***A benefit to being stationed in Germany is having access to the Alps and plenty of good snow. KMC ski clubs offer trips, ski schools and socializing opportunities.

Whether you’re a snowboarder or skier, the clubs are open to everyone. They have reciprocal agreements with all other ski clubs in Germany, such as Heidelberg, Frankfurt, Würzburg and Mannheim to recognize other club members on their trips.

Check out the following ski clubs and their upcoming trips for the winter ski season.

Army Outdoor Recreation
The 415th Base Support Battalion’s Army Outdoor Recreation offers snowboard/ski rentals. All trips leave from Army Outdoor Recreation, Bldg. 2899 on Pulaski Barracks. Those interested need to sign up at least three days prior to the trip to avoid an additional fee.
