Become a beast with B.E.A.S.T.

Want to improve your run time? The Basic Endurance and Strength Training Program is an eight-week training program designed to help you with that. Whether your desire is to pass your PT test or improve your health, BEAST can help you get it done. The program started Oct. 1. Sessions are 5:30 to 6:30 a.m. and 5 to 6 p.m. (based on interest), Mon, Wed, and Fri at the Southside Fitness Center Annex on Ramstein Air Base. KMC soccer availabilities

Still looking for an opportunity to join a soccer club? The KMC District Soccer is still accepting registrations for this year’s season.  KMC is the largest district in Southern Germany affiliated with the U.S. Youth Soccer Europe program.  All teams, including adults, play in the Deutscher Fussball-Bund (German Football Association). KMC Soccer, along with other U.S. Youth Soccer Europe players, will also participate in an international camp in Luxembourg Oct. 12-14.  This will be KMC Soccer’s fourth season attending the camp.  Additional information on the camp can be found on the ProSoc ACADEMY website at https://prosocacademy.com/international-camp/.

The FV Olympia Ramstein Soccer Club is looking for male and female players born in 2003/2004.  Practice takes place 5:30 to 7 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday on the artificial turf pitch at Am Hocht 1 in Ramstein village. KMC Ambassadors

KMC Ambassadors is looking for a few good coaches! Start Smart Basketball

Start Smart is a “child/ parent interactive” basketball program lead by a Child and Youth Sports staff member for ages 3-4. The sessions are 45 minutes long and are held weekly from 5-5:45 p.m. for 6 weeks. Sessions are offered on Landstuhl & Sembach. Cost is $25. Registration is October 1-31 or until sessions are full.
