Brig. Gen. Jon T. Thomas, 86th Airlift Wing commander, cuts a ribbon with Lt. Col. Thomas Ausherman, 86th Force Support Squadron commander, and members of the Ramstein Bazaar committee and Ramstein Officers’ Spouses Club Sept. 16 on Ramstein. The ribbon-cutting ceremony officially opened the 51st Ramstein Bazaar.
