Candi Buell, Ramstein Officers’ Spouses Club member, sells raffle tickets for the gift drawing during the 51st Ramstein Bazaar. The proceeds from the gift drawing are used for the ROSC’s Pay It Forward program, through which ROSC members purchase gift cards for the commissary, food items at the Kaiserslautern Military Community Center food court, or other free items for service members and families around base.
