Bad Muenster am Stein/Ebernburg will hold its 30th Medieval Market with jousting tournaments today through Sunday. The market, with more than 110 stands, will be located in the old part of Ebernburg, below Ebernburg Castle. The knights tournament will take place near the banks of Nahe River, in front of Rotenfels, a huge red sandstone rock.

Reipoltskirchen will host a medieval market at the bottom of its “Wasserburg,” a moated castle, Saturday and Sunday. For the fourth time, this castle, which is one of the best-kept castles in the Pfalz, will be the location for medieval groups presenting the life of the Middle Ages.
For the fifth time, the community of Glan-Muenchweiler will sponsor a medieval market Saturday and Sunday in Matzenbach.

The park team will go back in time presenting all the eras of the Middle Ages in the fest area covering over 600,000 square feet. A medieval town made up of about 600 tents will be set up housing approximately 2,000 actors.
