U.S. Africa Command Commander Gen. Carter Ham shakes hands with Airmen from 17th Air Force (Air Forces Africa) during a visit to Ramstein Air Base July 5. Ham thanked the Airmen for their continued work with Africa and presented medals for their contributions during Operation Odyssey Dawn.
