The Housing Hype

KMC MILITARY FAMILY HOUSING RESIDENTS

Curb appeal is important when it comes to showcasing your military family home. Maintaining the landscape and decor reflects pride in our military family housing community. Last year we made a huge investment trimming the bushes to make them manageable for our resident to maintain. Please ensure your landscape and homes are well kept by seeding, mowing, edging, watering, and trimming bushes to fence height.

As a reminder, you must obtain written permission before you make any alterations, additions or improvements to the exterior of your home. Our Self-Help store (Ramstein and Vogelweh) will provide you with the tools and materials to maintain your lawn. You can visit the Self-Help Stores Mon-Fri 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., closed on U.S., and German federal holidays.

The KMC Housing Flight thanks you for being good stewards of our homes.
