KMC members quickly fill an entire aircraft hangar in anticipation of the Tops In Blue performance Oct. 15 on Ramstein. The successful performance wouldn’t have been possible without numerous volunteers headed by members of the 86th Services Squadron.

Senior Airman Jeffery Collins, 87th Civil Engineer Squadron emergency management apprentice, and Senior Airman Jennifer Bone, 17th Communications Squadron ground radio maintenance journeyman, perform a duet during the Tops In Blue performance. Each year, Air Force personnel worldwide compete in base talent contests and the most talented move on to higher levels of competition. The result is an elite group composed of approximately 35 of the most talented competitors. Their main purpose is to perform for military personnel and their families throughout the world.

Senior Airman Blake Whilden, 1st Special Operations Force Support Squadron Services journeyman, controls more than 250 light fixtures from a computerized console during the performance. Airman Whilden is serving his second consecutive one year special duty assignment with Tops Iwwn Blue.

Senior Airman Johnny Magbanua, 90th Security Support Squadron security forces journeyman, performs for military members and their families during the Tops In Blue performance.
