Students from the University of Mainz listen as Dr. Silvano Wueschner, 86th Airlift Wing historian, provides a history and mission brief of Ramstein Jan. 20 during a base tour. The host nation office coordinated the tour to highlight the economic relationship and cultural aspects of both the U.S. armed forces and NATO presence in the Palatinate region.
