• German rapper Majoe presents hip hop and rap, 8 p.m. Wednesday. Tickets cost €25.

• The Bernard Allison Group performs blues, rock, soul and funk, 8 p.m. Jan. 28. Tickets cost €24.

• The duet Mrs. Greenbird presents country, folk and pop, 8 p.m. Jan. 31. Tickets cost €22.

• Jazz Stage meets a Star, 8 p.m. today. Tickets cost €14.

• German Radio Philharmonics Saarbruecken Kaiserslautern present high talented musicians from the young classical scene, 5 p.m. Sunday. Tickets cost €12 to €25.

• Concert a la carte with violoncello player Alexander Bouzlov presenting “Love, War and Peace,” music from Antonin Dvorak and Robert Schumann, 1 p.m. Thursday. Lunch will be offered at noon. Tickets cost €21 with lunch and €12 without lunch.

• Artemis Quartett presents works by Ludwig van Beethoven and Evard Grieg, 8 p.m. Jan. 28. Tickets cost €14, €19 and €24.

• Kaiserslautern, event hall, Gartenschau Kaiserslautern, ice-skating rink open to Feb. 14. Daily ice-skating hours are 9 a.m. to noon, 1 to 3 p.m., 4 to 6 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. daily; Fridays and Saturdays open until 10 p.m.
