Millrinder Time is a local, Army-specific tradition intended to build esprit de corps within the 21st TSC ranks and is part of a holistic effort to improve individual and overall unit readiness. It is designed as a duty day devoted to training events with the objective to facilitate health and welfare, standards and discipline, accountability, and other events related to professional development.
