Col. Gerald A. Donohue, 86th Operations Group commander, stands at the front of a formation April 29 on Ramstein. Airmen from the 86th OG gathered for a retreat and remembrance ceremony to recognize the Implementation Force 21 crew from the 76th Airlift Squadron who paid the ultimate sacrifice 20 years ago when their aircraft was lost during an approach into Dubrovnik, Croatia.
